Dr. Jess has nearly 20 years of experience observing runners of all capabilities ranging from Olympic Marathoners to the weekend warriors to the newly off-the-couch newbie runners. She has traveled the world to learn about running biomechanics, treating running injuries, and even treating at the Olympic Marathon Trials in NYC.

Through her many years of practice she has sifted through numerous research papers, tested various running techniques, and utilized most running lab technologies to identify the important metrics and significant data.

Run analyses done in the lab and research setting can be very expensive. Through her most recent technology additions as well as her experience and knowledge in working with runners for 20 years, she has found an affordable solution for runners to receive the same metrics found in expensive research labs.
